Choir Practice

Hourly - $25.00 

1. GST is Extra on all charges.
2. Minimum 2 hour rental 
3. Access to Facility for Set up .5   day prior to performance- no charge
4. We reserve the right to require renters insurance.
5. Renters are responsible for their own set-up and tear down.
6. Deposit is due at the time of booking. Deposits are 50% of your total rent. 
7. Deposits for cancellation will be  returned only if the event is cancelled with 2 weeks notice.
8. Deposits will be credited after a review of the condition of the theatre completed-post rental
